DreamPages — Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Amplified Imagination LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("DreamPages," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "User"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or Storybook Credits, purchasing a Premium or DreamPages Plus membership, or using dreampages.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What DreamPages Is
DreamPages is an AI‑powered children's storytelling platform for parents and caregivers to generate personalized text stories and Storybooks with AI‑generated illustrations and text‑to‑speech narration. Content is tailored to age and preferences provided by the parent/caregiver account holder. The Service is offered on a freemium basis. Depending on your account and the products shown at checkout, paid options may include one‑time credit or Storybook Credit packs, Premium membership, DreamPages Plus membership, or previously purchased Lifetime Premium access.
2. Who May Use DreamPages
- Account holders must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract.
- Visitors who create a story before opening an account must also be 18+ and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
- Children do not create accounts. Any child‑facing experience is intended to occur under the parent/caregiver's account and supervision.
- By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it, including maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and restricting access to logged‑in devices. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account. We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
3.1 Pre‑Account Stories
An adult visitor may be able to create one temporary text story before opening an account. This feature is subject to the generation, safety, availability, household, browser, and network limits shown in the Service. It is intended for ordinary human use and may be paused or require account creation when capacity or safety limits are reached.
A pre-account story is private and temporary. Unless you create or sign in to an account and save it, the story and submitted child details are deleted through automated cleanup when they are no longer needed to provide the temporary experience and protect the Service. Essential cookies are required to reconnect your browser to the temporary story. Clearing those cookies or using a different browser may make the story unavailable sooner. Creating an account does not guarantee that an unavailable draft can be recovered.
4. AI‑Generated Content; Important Disclaimers
DreamPages uses third‑party AI and cloud service providers to generate and moderate text, illustrations, voice direction, and synthetic narration. Current or approved providers may include OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, X.AI LLC, and fal – Features & Labels, Inc. ("fal.ai"), as further described in our Privacy Policy. Not every provider processes every request, and providers, models, and feature assignments may change over time subject to our Privacy Policy and any notice required by law. AI can produce unexpected, inconsistent, non-unique, inappropriate, or inaccurate content despite multiple safety layers. You agree to review all content before sharing with any child and accept that:
- We do not guarantee factual accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted availability.
- We may filter, refuse, or remove prompts or outputs that violate these Terms or provider policies.
- The Service may change or be unavailable due to third‑party provider outages.
5. Licenses—Inputs, Outputs, and the Platform
5.1 Your Inputs
Your Inputs include prompts, settings, character descriptions, photos, and other materials you submit. You retain your rights in your Inputs. You grant DreamPages a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Inputs solely to provide and maintain the Service; to enforce these Terms; to comply with law; and to engage subprocessors necessary for the Service.
5.1A Photo Inputs
Each time you use Photo Character, you represent that you are at least 18, that you own the photo or have permission to upload and process it, and that the photo complies with these Terms. If a child is shown, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. You may not upload a photo in violation of privacy, publicity, copyright, custody, protective-order, or other legal rights.
DreamPages may automatically inspect, reject, and delete an upload or output for safety, privacy, quality, or provider-policy reasons. Do not submit nudity, sexual or intimate imagery, abuse or exploitation, graphic injury, medical images, illegal content, or an image for which you lack authority. Safety providers may retain or report content as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law. Repeated or serious misuse may result in suspension or termination.
5.2 Outputs
Outputs are the stories, images, and audio generated for you. Subject to these Terms and to third‑party rights, DreamPages grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use, download, print, privately share, and display Outputs for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not resell, license, commercially exploit, or claim authorship by a human of any Output. You may not use Outputs to train or improve models or datasets, remove or obscure any notices, or use Outputs in a way that infringes others' rights.
Stories are private by default. When you deliberately enable sharing, you authorize DreamPages to make the approved story available without login to anyone with the link and to prepare the share materials you select. Depending on your choices, those materials may include the story title, selected age, length and style information, creation date, page text, illustrations, narration, attached character names/descriptions, and a short, safety-reviewed version of the creator idea you entered. We do not intentionally publish system instructions, model-expanded prompts, your account email, password, parent/caregiver name, billing information, the private child-profile record, other library stories, or private account activity.
Personal share pages ask search engines not to index, archive, or follow them, but anyone with the link can view them and third-party messaging, social-media, browser, or search services may preview, cache, copy, or redistribute their contents. Downloaded images and videos and copies posted to another service are governed by that service and cannot be withdrawn by DreamPages. Example or promotional stories owned by DreamPages may be intentionally indexable.
You are responsible for reviewing every story, creator-idea excerpt, and share asset before sharing it and for not publishing personal, identifying, confidential, infringing, or otherwise unlawful information. You may disable sharing or rotate the link. Disabling makes the DreamPages link and hosted share assets unavailable, and rotating invalidates earlier DreamPages attribution links, but neither action can remove third-party copies or cached previews. We may disable or remove shared content that violates these Terms, creates a safety concern, or is the subject of a valid report or legal request.
DreamPages does not permit public sharing of a photo-created character classified as human or uncertain or any story containing that character. This server-enforced privacy rule also applies if the person is a public figure or the uploader describes the photo differently. A confidently non-human photo character remains subject to ordinary sharing review. You may not attempt to bypass or manipulate the classification.
5.3 The Platform
DreamPages and its licensors own the Service and all related software, compilation, templates, style libraries, and branding. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant DreamPages an irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
6. Credits, Storybook Credits, Memberships, and Pricing
6.1 Credits
Accounts may use different credit systems. Legacy accounts may receive or purchase story and character credits under the terms shown in the product. Where available, an adult visitor may create one temporary pre-account text story under Section 3.1; this is not a recurring credit or entitlement. New Storybook-economy accounts receive one included first Bedtime Storybook and may create one free Quick text story during each rolling 24-hour period. DreamPages Plus members may create Quick, Bedtime, and Epic text stories, subject to reasonable household-level daily safety limits.
Storybook Credits create complete Storybooks. One Storybook Credit currently creates a Quick Storybook of 5–7 pages or a Bedtime Storybook of 9–12 pages; an Epic Storybook of 16–20 pages currently uses two Storybook Credits. Complete Storybooks include an illustration on each story page and narration without a separate narration charge. Reading time varies with the child's age and the amount of text on each page, so page ranges—not reading-time estimates—define the length choices. We show the required credit amount before generation.
Complete Storybooks currently include a bounded page-correction allowance shown in the Service. A correction that produces a usable private candidate counts against that allowance whether you approve or discard it; a verified missing-media technical retry and a failed correction attempt do not. Available correction options and any associated credit cost are shown in the Service before generation.
Storybook Credits purchased in one-time packs and Storybook Credits validly granted with a Plus term do not expire and remain in the account after a subscription is canceled. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7, the Sold through Link refund policy where applicable, and non-waivable law. Free entitlements and promotional benefits may have the limits or eligibility rules disclosed when offered.
6.2 Series and Character Studio
DreamPages may organize your private stories into Series that preserve recurring characters, places, relationships, visual direction, and concise continuity memories. Characters created as part of your stories remain available in your account without a collection-capacity limit. Hiding a character or Series removes it from the main browsing experience without changing existing stories.
DreamPages Plus may include Character Studio and World Studio controls. Character Studio lets you intentionally design a character before using that character in a story. Text-only character concepts do not use a Storybook Credit, and ordinary AI-generated Character Studio portraits are subject to the rolling allowance displayed before generation (currently up to 20 new portraits in 30 days for eligible Plus accounts). Creating a character from a photo is a separate Plus feature and currently uses one Storybook Credit, shown before submission; it does not also consume the ordinary portrait allowance. If DreamPages rejects the photo or cannot complete the request, that credit is returned automatically. A successfully created photo character uses the credit even if you later edit, hide, or delete it. Allowances, safety limits, prices, and included features may change prospectively as disclosed in the product. Legacy character credits or historical capacity records may remain on migrated accounts for compatibility but do not restrict access to story-created characters.
6.3 Premium and DreamPages Plus Plans
The products available to you are the products shown in your account and at checkout. They may include:
- (a) Annual Premium: Billed at the start of each annual term and automatically renews each year until canceled.
- (b) Lifetime Premium: Where offered or previously purchased, a single payment that grants ongoing access to the applicable Premium features for as long as the consumer service remains available, subject to fair use.
- (c) Monthly Plus: Billed at the start of each monthly term, grants four Storybook Credits for each successfully paid monthly term, and automatically renews each month until canceled.
- (d) Annual Plus: Billed at the start of each annual term, grants 50 Storybook Credits for each successfully paid annual term, and automatically renews each year until canceled.
Legacy or grandfathered accounts retain the entitlements described in their original purchase, subject to these Terms. Product availability may change and does not imply that every plan is available for new purchase.
6.4 Auto‑Renewal; Cancellation; Refunds
By purchasing Annual Premium, Monthly Plus, Annual Plus, or another product identified as auto-renewing at checkout, you authorize recurring billing of the then-current price to your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your current term, from Settings → Plan & credits (or by emailing support@dreampages.ai). Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a current or partial billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7, the Sold through Link refund policy for Managed Payments transactions, and non-waivable law. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the paid term unless the transaction is refunded, reversed, or otherwise ended earlier under an applicable policy or law.
6.5 Fair Use; Abuse Prevention
All pre-account stories, text-story access, unlimited features, and generation features are intended for normal, human, household-level use and may include safety limits disclosed in the product. We may use essential cookies, network-level limits, and automated abuse checks; rate-limit or pause generation; require account creation; or terminate accounts engaging in automated use, scraping, bulk generation, or attempts to bypass limits.
6.6 Price Changes
We may change prices or plan features. For subscriptions, price changes apply on your next renewal after we give you advance notice by email or in‑product message; if you do not agree, cancel before renewal.
6.7 Renewal Notices (Annual Plans)
For Annual Premium, Annual Plus, and any other annual auto-renewing plan, DreamPages or Link will provide any advance renewal notice required by applicable law. A notice may include the renewal date, renewal price, and cancellation instructions. For Managed Payments subscriptions, Link sends certain transactional, billing, and subscription notices directly in its merchant-of-record role.
6.8 Free Trials (if offered)
If we offer a free trial, we'll state its length and billing interval at checkout. At trial end, your subscription converts to the paid term shown at checkout and auto-renews unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one trial per household unless we say otherwise.
6.9 Payment Method; Authorization
For a purchase identified at checkout as "Sold through Link," you authorize Sold through Link, LLC ("SMP") to store or use your selected payment method and charge it for the purchase, applicable taxes, and recurring renewals described at checkout. That authorization applies to Managed Payments transactions and is not authorization for DreamPages to make unrelated charges outside Managed Payments. If billing fails, SMP or Stripe may retry or ask you to update the method, and DreamPages may suspend paid access until payment succeeds; you remain responsible for amounts validly due.
7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
DreamPages uses Stripe Checkout. For transactions identified at checkout as "Sold through Link," SMP, a Stripe affiliate, acts as merchant of record and facilitates DreamPages' sale to you. DreamPages remains the seller and provider of the Storybook service, digital entitlements, access, delivery, and product support. SMP and its Stripe affiliates handle payment collection, payment-method processing, fraud and dispute management, transaction-level support, receipts and invoices, and indirect-tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance in jurisdictions they cover. In jurisdictions they do not cover, DreamPages may remain responsible for indirect-tax compliance.
Managed Payments checkout may use Adaptive Pricing to display local currency and locally available payment methods. Tax may be included in or added to the displayed price as shown before purchase. Managed Payments purchases generally appear on a payment statement as "LINK.COM* DREAMPAGES" or a substantially similar descriptor. Link sends receipts, invoices, refund or credit notices, and certain subscription messages directly.
You can view and manage eligible Managed Payments orders, subscriptions, billing addresses, and payment methods through Link. Link provides transaction and subscription support; DreamPages provides product and access support through support@dreampages.ai.
Refunds are subject to non-waivable law and, for Sold through Link transactions, the Sold through Link refund policy. SMP may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase in circumstances covered by that policy even if DreamPages would otherwise apply a more restrictive rule. A refund may revoke the corresponding paid access or Storybook Credits, or create an account balance or billing hold if the refunded value was already used. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory cooling-off period, consumer guarantee, or other non-waivable remedy.
Your use of Link is also subject to the applicable Link terms and Link Privacy Policy. DreamPages does not collect or store full card numbers, bank credentials, or reusable payment-method details; it receives the transaction identifiers and purchase metadata needed to deliver and reconcile your purchase.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- submit prompts or request Outputs that are sexually explicit (especially any involving minors), pornographic, excessively violent/gory, hateful, harassing, or illegal;
- upload a photo containing nudity, sexual or intimate content, child exploitation or abuse, graphic injury, medical context, or content you are not authorized to use;
- misstate a photo's subject or attempt to evade photo moderation, privacy classification, retention, rate, or sharing restrictions;
- solicit personal data from or about a minor;
- infringe or misappropriate IP rights or privacy/publicity rights;
- use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice to minors;
- attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent rate limits, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
- use Outputs or the Service to train any AI or create competing models;
- violate any applicable law or any third‑party AI provider acceptable-use, safety, or prohibited-use policy that applies to the Service, or cause DreamPages to violate such a policy.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.
9. Third‑Party Services
DreamPages contracts with third-party AI, hosting, storage, payment, communications, and security providers. We may transmit relevant Inputs and receive Outputs through those providers as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Service. Providers may impose acceptable-use and safety restrictions that DreamPages must apply to Users. Provider availability, models, features, and terms may change, and DreamPages is not responsible for provider outages or provider-generated inaccuracies. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
10. Intellectual Property Claims; DMCA
We respect IP rights and will respond to notices of alleged infringement consistent with the DMCA. We also maintain a repeat‑infringer policy.
Designated Agent for DMCA Notices:
- Name: Michael Laks
- Address: 5974 S Kearney St, Centennial, CO 80111
- Email: support@dreampages.ai
A DMCA notice must include the elements in 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
11. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice.
12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMPAGES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. These limits do not apply to willful misconduct, your indemnity obligations, or infringement of our IP.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless DreamPages, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Inputs or Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or law.
15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Venue
Informal Process
Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@dreampages.ai with a written Notice of Dispute and allow 30 days for resolution.
Arbitration
If not resolved, disputes will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. One arbitrator. Seat/venue for any in‑person hearing: Arapahoe County, Colorado, unless the AAA Rules provide a consumer venue closer to you or remote proceedings. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Class‑Action Waiver
All proceedings are on an individual basis only; no class, collective, or representative actions.
Small Claims & Injunctive Relief
Either party may seek individual relief in small claims court in Arapahoe County, Colorado or where you reside, and may seek injunctive relief in court to protect IP or security.
16. Governing Law
Colorado law governs these Terms, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts in Arapahoe County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction for any court proceedings permitted here.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access immediately for any violation, suspected abuse, or risk to users or providers. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., licenses to Inputs, 5.2 use restrictions, 10–16) survive termination.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Where the law requires advance notice, we will provide it.
19. Notices; Contact
